Online Wholesale Proces

1.Login: use the registered ID to log in (The new client should register firstly with free charge) 
        When you visit our official website: http://www.yasifen.com, you can log in the order process by clicking the mark of "Wholesale","order" or "down load" on the lower right of the website. If new customer please click the "order" mark to register. After finished register, you can contact the customer service department to adjust your extent of authority, and then you can browse more updated products.

2.Submit Order: browse the products, mark down the product number and purchasing quantity, return back to the "order" page and fill the order form. Filling the product number and order quantity is necessary. Confirm all information and them submit the order.

3.Order audit: Cusomer-service department will audit the purchasing orders (adjust the purchasing quantity and delete the unavailable product), and changes the order to be "accepted" status.

4.Advice for payment: The financial staff will send e-mail to advise customer to pay, and status will change to "collecting payment".

5.Payment finished: The customer got the advice of payment, finished payment, and informs our financial staff to check account.

6.Goods preparing:
        a.In the second day after receiving the payment, the warehouse will prepare the goods, and packing according to the order requirements.
        b.If shortage of goods, the customer-service department will contact you and discuss the delivery time.

7.Delivery: Delivery time will be the second day after receiving the payment, and the status will change to "already delivered", and record the express tracking information. (in case of extreme weather or major national holiday, the order will be postponed appropriately.)

8.Order payment: The second day after delivery, the financial department will confirm the payment, and record the order details into your registered account, and change the status to be "paid".

9.Package dispatching: after receiving the notice from Express Company, please go to the warehouse of the Express Company along with your ID card to pick us the package. You should check the goods and quantity in the Express Company, then sign and take the goods if the goods are ok.

10.After-sale Feedback: When you get the goods, please check the goods according to your order details, if everything ok, then this order is finished; if something wrong, please take photos, and send e-mail to yasifen@aliyun.com to feedback within 2 days .

11.After-sale service: The after-sale service department receives the feedback, taking investigation, and will give answers to customer within 3 working days.

12.Ways of refund: If there is balance amount because of shortage of goods, the balance amount can be refunded after order closed, or can be used for next order.

13.Balance refunded: Send e-mail with content "Member ID name + Consignee name + Bank information for refund + Beneficiary + Band account number" to yasifen@aliyun.com. The financial department will arrange refund within 24 hours, and inform the customer by e-mail.
